https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HKg-ku20J-w The National Coordinator of the Obidient Movement Worldwide, Tanko Yunusa, has said the movement will remain within the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and abide by the outcome of the party’s presidential primary, even if former Vice President Atiku Abubakar emerges as the candidate. He said the movement, which supports a former Anambra State governor, Peter Obi, would compete fairly alongside other aspirants, including Atiku Abubakar, but expressed confidence that Obi would prevail due to the scale of support he brings. “As democrats, we will go in there and contest equitably well with every contestant based on democratic tenets. We believe that at the end of it all, Mr. Peter Obi will come out on top with the large teaming population that he is bringing into the ADC,” he said. Asked what the movement would do if former vice president Atiku Abubakar won the party primary, Yunusa said, “We will remain at the party and give the party the lease of life it demands democratically.”

I knew that obi had already conceded to be vp to Atiku in 2027 election., hence his defection.. it will end in failure if Atiku becomes the standard bearer of the party. |

Every Obidient on Earth needs to be given a free pass to Heaven considering the loss and defeat they have faced on Earth. Being used as political pawns left, right and center! I doubt if Jesus even suffered this much! Obidients have been through worst. |

100% If anyone wants to be deceived by Agbadorians so that Tinubu can continue, I can’t help them. I am supporting Peter Obi and whoever he endorses if he’s not President. That’s where my interest lies, for the greater good of most Nigerians |

Very desperate lamba In order to make it appears as if this isn't so he'll participate in primary election, after the lost, then he'll be begged to accept VP ..,...end of game Desperate wanderer. Joining the people he once referred to as criminals. Tueh |

This is the worst moment to be Obidient, from presidential candidate to VP to a presidential candidate. By 2031 he will become special assistant to the VP to a presidential candidate. This is so embarrassing |

Naija na cruise. Someone claimed, without evidence, to have won the 2023 presidential election. Come 2026, the same person is willing to deputize the one that came second in that same election. If he actually won the election like he deceived his supporters to believe, it means that he defeated not only Tinubu but Atiku too. Can anyone explain to me like I am a kid why he is willing to deputize Atiku to contest against Tinubu? The more you see the less you understand in Nigeria. If Obi actually won the last election, then he should win 2027 convincingly without queuing behind Atiku, given the supposed failure of Tinubu on economy and security. |

Agbadorians are having a meltdown with this news. Reality is beginning to stare them all in the face. It's a known fact that Tinubu usurped the turn of the Southeast in 2023. To add insult to injury, he won and instead of carrying the whole South along, he prioritised his ethnicity while Gbadorians embarked upon the most puerile ethnic campaign against the SE this country have ever seen. He didn't stop there, he sent Nnamdi Kanu to prison, a feat that even Buhari kept stalling on. Determined that no one from the SE should challenge him, he engineered crisis in the LP in order to disenfranchise Obi. Never in their whole life did he envision that Obi will champion a coalition without desperation and unite the opposition. Assuming but not conceding that Obi will accept the VP role, it brings the SE closer to the corridors of power faster than what APC can promise with the sure assurance of becoming president in as little as 4 years time. The APC has already zoned the V.P slot to the SS in 2031. The earliest time they can factor the SE into the power equation is in 2039 and that is still a probability. |

PO had to join the ADC so as not to completely lose out in the 2027 elections. This became glaring after having been rejected by all the parties he intended to use as SPVs. Before joining the ADC, he had already consulted with Atiku to be his running mate. At all, at all, naim bad pass. At the so-called ADC presidential primary election, he would put up a show just to convince his naive Obidients that he means business. After his sure defeat by Atiku, they would then "plead" with him to accept being his running mate. This is the game plan! What a fall from grace to grass! PO: you see your life? @hotseat |

You can’t contest for primary, then lose and accept to be a running mate to the winner…presidential candidate without party agents, they want to win primary without delegates.most of the kids shouting here done even know how election primaries are being conducted within the party.ADC will wait until 11:59 before they break his spinal chord. |

My advice for Peter Obi is to rest for 2027 Presidential election let BAT finish his 8 years rule. Or he leaves politics, go back to his business empire which is more than enough for him and his present and future generation to squander OBI ZUO IKE WE KNOW YOU WANT TO MAKE THINGS EASY FOR US BY GIVING BETTER ECONOMY. BUT YOU CAN SEE IT IS A TURN OF JAGABAN. |
