🚨 Blueco doesn't seem bothered by the prospect of disrupting Strasbourg's season, a club they also own. A source close to Eghbali confirms this: "They couldn't care less." (@lequipe)

Those of you purporting this line are just so ignorant. He literally left Bayern due to in house fighting with the sport director. Flick and his ridiculous highline won't last 6 months in England.

‼️ Don't forget one crucial moment, a really important moment of this story. The transfer market has always been a point. In the summer, when Levi Colwill suffered an ACL injury, Chelsea wanted to trust Josh Acheampong and didn't want to sign any other player.

Maresca went public and decided to ask for a new center back, believing that Chelsea, with many competitions, needed to have a new center back. So in that moment, already, the relationship started to deteriorate.

People at BlueCo are very, very impressed and happy with a very good job Liam Rosenior is doing at Strasbourg, and so from what I heard, in the internal conversations at Chelsea, the name of Rosenior in the recent days, has always been around.

And so keep an eye on Rosenior, because for sure 100%, what I can tell you here today is that he's a contender to become new Chelsea manager.

BlueCo in my opinion came to do business not to win laurels.

They are eyeing Rosenior because they think he fits into their philosophy of buying Tata players to later sale for profit.

I don't like his face.

He looks like someone who would come and be playing tatata with no purpose.

I want those with harsh face way go play carragah to crouch pattern.

Sunderland lost their key players to Afcon. Six players but you don't see their coach crying like a baby when it's his job to get results nonetheless.

Sunderland are yet to lose a match since Afcon began while Chelsea is busy dropping points and some people still expect incompetence to continue.

BlueCo really reduce our standard. To coach Chelsea under Roman, you must have big CV or track record.

This days anybody can coach Chelsea. One day they will promote Chelsea women coach or academy coach to manage Chelsea

Maresca moved from championship to Chelsea.

Liam is going from Derby, Hull, Strasbourg to Chelsea

Sack Maresca sack Maresca. Now, name your preferred coach available, Popizaino dey do like Garnacho in the box. grin

If you ask those asking for Neto to be sold ahead of their unproductive Garnacho now, who should replace him they will become dumb.

This is untrue.

They are mostly average but physical players ready to crowd their 6 yard box and stop shots with their bellies against top sides.

Average teams like Man UTD, Fulham and even Burnley beat them.

Enzo Maresca clashed with Chelsea over team selection, he didn’t want decisions on line-ups or substitutions taken out of his hands.

Chelsea insist their model hasn’t changed and that any input on rotation came only from the medical staff, focused on player workload.

Maresca believed the problems went deeper, he felt pressure from above to rotate and boost the value of several young players.

— @JacobsBen

Chelsea coach is not a coach but an asset manager or portfolio manager, sharing minutes everywhere to maintain asset value after TDs have bought hundred wingers. Have been stating this fact since Clearlake came in

All those funny substitutions of Gittens, Tyrique, Delap, Blomblom, Felix, JP, centrebacks pairings and constant wholesale changes of wingers every match around 60 mins regardless of the needs of the match are testament to this.

Maresca simply got tired of being a portfolio manager and wanted to be a football manager. Ease of Conference league last season confused these clowns that you can overstock with mids everywhere and rotate anyhow, but now there is no conference league but serious business. CWC final and certain big games shows that Maresca knows what is needed to lock down big games and didn't make funny team changes or substitutions in those games. The rest of the time, he was just an asset manager for Clearlake

I support maresca on this. Maresca has his problems though but he has shown several times that he is a good coach. These guys clearly doesn't want a coach ,they want a puppet. They don't really care about us.

I have several posts reiterating this point. He was simply a development manager looking after assets.

Anyone who didn't understand this framework just didn't pay attention. It was clear in the hire brief. The business model looks to employ someone who plugs completely into the board's recruitment plan at all levels.

The football manager will have no veto over purchase and sales of assets, but will be a positive promoter of the model by ensuring value retention in assets, considerably, at all times. This is why he needs to share minutes and manage players.

Considering the SOW, Maresca has been the best tool the board of clowns could find. Despite the constraints, he over-achieved.

All you needed was to see team setup against big teams, and how he tactically outclassed his peers time after time. Unshackled, we had a tactically astute and adaptive manager who knew football to the core. Those who know know.

No respectable manager will continue indefinitely with such technical constraints. It might work for a season.... once you win something, you expect more power over your squad. If you don't get it, and you won't with this clown board, it ends just like this.

He was the best they could get that could play highly rotational football and still maintain a modicum of success despite disrupting the team personnel every eke market day and every 60 minutes mark

After the Everton game, Maresca told the board straight up that he wants to leave. Maresca clearly wants to compete at the highest level, but the club pattern of acquiring talents for the future is limiting.

Football is now, not of the future.
