It’s been over two weeks since I sent my transcripts to WES via express courier, but they still haven’t been received. I’ve been checking my WES account every day. 🤔 |

We are entering 2026, please I'm genuinely asking, Is Canada Express entry still feasible for us looking to migrate without having to write French?. The CRS scores keep increasing everyday. The older one gets the lower the chances. Please who can honestly give some words to this. It's actually tiring at this point. So much money has gone down doing WES and IELTS and yet nothing. Please don't mention French o |

smartkester:If your current CRS score is not at least 500 or around 480 for healthcare professionals and French is not an option, then it is very hard to make it. it is extremely hard even PNP is now very difficult. even people that came in as students without a long term plan are crying https://immigrationstatistics.ca/ PR numbers are looking pre 2015 times

smartkester:Bonne année 2026 🙂 You can try switching careers to one of the occupations eligible for the category based draws or explore PNP. Entry to Canada is becoming more difficult with each passing day so I would advise you to act fast. If the above options don't work for you, you can explore the study route but that is much harder than learning French. Je vous souhaite le meilleur. |

Emmaesty:Are you sure the study route is harder than French or you mean it’s more expensive? |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by luckygirl02(f): 8:01am On Jan 02 |
Profgordons:The study route is not necessarily harder than learning french but it does not guarantee permanent residency. So many students/ex students in Canada with no hope of getting ITA. Imagine spending all that thousands of CAD and then having to leave the country. So let everyone weight their options very well. |

Hi guys, please I need responses to some questions. 1. I'm moving to Canada next month, how do I move my funds in my Nigerian account to start life over there? 2. Also, People in Canada, (Ontario especially) are there any educational grants (not loans) to support an MBA student who is a permanent resident (I know about OSAP already) 3. Apart from FB marketplace and Kijiji, where can I find legit apartments for rent 4. Best job sites and Canadian CV template Please I'm doing my own research, but I also like getting insights from people on ground |

Profgordons:It's quite expensive and I also think it's not as straight forward as French Please correct me if I am wrong but most people who studied in Canada are eligible for PR under CEC and PNP. Some students who studied the right courses in the right provinces can easily get PNP but those who are unable to get PNP, will have to apply for PR under CEC draws. The challenge here is that some of them don't have high scores for CEC. The CRS for this category is around 521 or so and some can't meet up with it and have to go back home to get foreign experience or learn French to qualify for French based draws. This why I said it's harder than french. |

Ayrastarr:Yes. It's under TEER 4 but you can explore other nocs that are under the health care category like social workers and the likes. |

zinachidi:(1) There’s no single perfect way most people use a mix of these: Bank wire transfer (most straightforward), Fintech options (smaller amounts) I personally use lemFi https://lemfi.com/en-ca/ and Carrying cash You can carry up to CAD 10,000 (or equivalent) (2) Canada has Very limited, educational grants (not loans) but some options exist its best you Contact the financial aid office of the MBA program directly that’s where real money comes from. (3) Legit apartment rental platforms (beyond FB & Kijiji) Use : Realtor.ca (very legit, agent listed), Zumper, Rentals.ca, Viewit.ca, PadMapper, Condos.ca (for condos) please Avoid paying deposits before viewing (4) I personally use Indeed.ca and LinkedIn for Job search it will take you to the companies page to apply and as for CV You will ask a friend that already has a job to use their own and edit with your exprience I could have shared mine but I have a lot of Opps on this platform hahahahah |
