Those areas are very huge areas of land and this is the advantage that those IRRESPONSIBLE foreign bandits are using to move around the vast forest regions that cut across those 3 States of Niger, Kwara and Kogi.

The massive purchase of surveillance and attack drones including satellite tracking technologies in addition to the existing drones Nigeria has would be needed to cover that whole region and other contiguous States of Nigeria.
