I strongly suspect the blast came from improperly stored fireworks which were meant for the celebration of the new year.

I don't rule out a terror attack either because I have known for decades now how the United States, and Israelis even stage attacks on themselves to divert attention and create a picture of victimhood with these confessions made by some Jewish folks who are just tired of the chaos and anti-Semitism in the United States and elsewhere. The Arab Muslims terror gangs and non-state actors too aren't left out of these attacks that are meant to draw global sympathy.
