Is the flat screen, sound system, ups, sofa, wallpaper, shelve, tv stand and tiles all included in the 300k? I

I am sure that OP is talking about the interior decoration, tiling, painting and lighting, the electronics and wall tv panel are excluded 😁

Please can you be more specific on what and what you did as upgrade to the room and what's the size of the room?

That sofa and TV with the TV console 300k don finished....if you know you know... except maybe those items are excluded otherwise they play

What specifically did you change here because this transformation is way over N600,000. I see tiles, sofa, TV and TV console. These things are over N300,000
