Agberos on the other hand are agents of the Local Government, their oga is given a local government ID card, and a bus stop to operate. He then hires boys to be collecting dues from bus drivers, kekes or Okadas that stops at that bus stop. The boys submit to their ogas, who in turn submit to the ogas at the local government.

There is a reason why these crooks didn't like Fashola. This is one of the routes monies get to certain people in Lagos. I won't be surprised if it has been exported to other states. Someone will wake up and start billing someone with no value from the monies collected for the payers.
