The goal was to achieve a clean, functional, and modern living room within a limited budget.

I’d really appreciate honest feedback from house owners and professionals here.

What do you think of the transformation?
300k won't do anything. Maybe in 2007 sha

It's expensive, I did mine by 2021 at #350,000....well it depends on the design you are going for.
That very design on this thread...
Instagram vendors quoted me 1m+, I had to try offline and got the cheapest quote at 700k+
My budget was 500k,since I couldn't get it
I had to end up doing something simple and use the balance for a wine bar

What year was this?

On the room ... not an architect...but by design ... regardless of fan ...the room must be hot. . only strong a/c can keep it cool. Hot air rises .. and will be trapped above window line...fan will be blowing down hot air which will keep rising and be trapped again. Room. designed to trap heat ...cold climate design

Everyone is just saying the OP is lying.

Now, I know why many of you need interior decorators.

First of all, stop assuming that everything there is new.

Someone even said the TV alone is 300k. Must the TV be new?

Some other people said the console alone is more than 500k.

Honestly, you people should stop buying things yourself.

Have a budget and speak to an interior decorator. Don't ask for a quote. Tell them straight away what your budget is.

If a decorator feels it is impossible to work with that budget, he will tell you. Otherwise, he will work with the budget.

A 300k budget would of course mean that some things will be bought fairly-used.

There are neat fairly-used TVs. You can even get fairly used consoles for giveaway prices, if you know where to look and how to negotiate.

The best thing is to always have a budget to guide you.

What's the size of the console and how much is the materials

LIES:
The fluter panel alone is about 8-9k per piece ad you must have used between 15-20 - That's over 120k already.
I will excuse electronic, chair, table and mirror.
I can see tiles - That place would take around 10sqm, add the Tv console (vertical and horizontal)- Add the flower and pot - Add the curtain - The wall painting and the lighting........This is nothing less than 600k You people should stop seeking attention with lies.

cool you really tried if truly it's 300k.
I will like to have something like that.
Location Lagos.
But my sitting room is a little bigger than that

Did you also buy the television from the 300k because it wasn't in the initial picture
Thank you for your interest. The 300k only covers certain materials, not the full setup. The cost for your sitting room in Lagos will depend on the size and materials.
We can create something that fits your sitting room in Lagos.

You keep saying the N300k covers specific parts without specifying which parts. And it's now that you are being called out that you're saying full project cost depends on size. Which size? We are talking about this particular size you claim was executed with N300k
