Colombian President Gustavo Petro has condemned 'missile' attacks on Caracas and called upon the United Nations to meet without delay.


“At this moment they are bombing Caracas," ‍Petro posted on X. "Alert everyone — they have attacked Venezuela. They are bombing with missiles. The (Organization of American States) and the UN ​must meet immediately."
