The governor is the leader no doubt. However in Fubaras case he is a ceremonial leader. The house has been built before he came in. This is where the problem is.
Will APC demolish an existing house and build a new one for Fubara?

The governor is the leader no doubt. However in Fubaras case he is a ceremonial leader. The house has been built before he came in. This is where the problem is.

When they say the governor is the leader it doesn't mean he is the CinC. He needs the elders and kingmakers of the party in every action and decision he takes.
