Russia will not capture Ukrain president because they have a different goal for Ukraine, the goal is to drag the war for as long as possible to break Ukraine’s ability to function as a hostile state.

The truth is that Russia do not need to capture ukraine president to win the war, what they are trying to do is to drain Ukraine economically, exhaust western political will, gain more territories and wait for donor fatigue and cripple the country.

you are talking one-sided. If you knew how far the war has destroyed Russian economy, you won't have said this. What is even sustaining Russia now are the supplies from its allies like China, Iran, north Korea. Both economies are bleeding from the war, not just Ukraine. Even the world is suffering the effects of the war.
