US had done this before - against the then sitting Panama president which the US arrested in 1989 but it was even In a different context. Panama was at war with the US. Trump has ratcheted it up by kidnapping a sitting president whose country was not at war with the US . Trump didn’t even seek congressional approval for this military action as he should. How is he different from Maduro - they are both tyrants.

besides Iraq's military capabilities was grossly exaggerated by USA propaganda to justify their invasion, that is y till this day the so-called weapons of mass distruction that the USA claimed they had are yet to be found and the USA has not provided any single shred of evidence to prove their existence.
