It will be better for any country that has the capacity to be in possession of nuclear weapons to go for it.

And that's why despite the arrest warrant on Israeli prime minister is not executed in America. Infact what happened to Maduro is what America promises to do to any so-called international criminal court prosecutor or judge who issue such warrants on any official or even citizen of America....it's not Mr Trump that rejects the ICC it has been so since they established the so-called International criminal court.
