No, you don't. Cos if you do, you would know there is no such thing as "international police" that performs the duty of law enforcement. International police in that sense means a body vested with the responsibility of maintaining international law and order but not in the sense the way police operate in different countries.
In short, the entire 5 permanent members of the UN security council are some sort of international police. Some refused to do their duties just cos they have enmity with the US
