At Ọjọ́ I am paying 350k for two bedroom flat. And some are paying 600k within this same area for 2 bedroom flat. So the Rufai guy is wrong.

I am not sure of the type of house you are living. Google is your friend before you come online to share your view. Leave that house and start looking for a new accommodation.

1 bedroom in Ketu is a minimum of 1 million for very very small room and living room. Something much better with pop is around 1.3 million. My 2 bedroom is 1.65 million in Ketu, old building no pretty features. If you want exceedingly beautiful ones, prepare 2 million naira. Etc.

I checked with agents online last week for 2 bedroom in Osapa London, imagine prices of presentable ones is from 6.5 million naira. I said nonsense.

People like you, dont even own a brick of block but quick to spit leprosy whenever an issue is raised either it directly concerns the president or not. So.the president should also hold agents who inflate houses accountable abi. Instead of people like u to change ur attitude and watch how the country will improve.
My own house I gave out for 800k for one bedroom flat in Kuje Abuja. It was when I brought in a new caretaker that I was made to understand that my tenants have been paying 1.1M annually. Now, will u blame me or the government for that?
