Even in War of The Damned_ when they were honoring and remembering their dead, Spartacus fought 2 roman soldiers, while Gannicus fought 3.

It's a tough draw in my opinion. Gannicus has the intense deadly skill but Spartacus has the trickery and smarts to tilt any fight to his favour. He's also very skilled.... Spartacus might be the only one in that show to match or come close to Gannicus skill wise, so I can't say anyone is far from one another.

Gannicus surely has the brutality and rawness and aggression; while Spartacus has the wits and flexibility.

Gannicus no popularise any shït. People have been using that fighting style for ages. In the TV show, maybe he's the most popular user in the arena before Spartacus. But I don't see anything novel in it. It's just a matter of what weapon works best for you and your form and skillset.

If I remember my shït clearly, I might say Spartacus was even more skilled with the two swords thing than Gannicus.

Tapped out at S6. It became too tiring monotonous, and to a certain degree, too predictable to keep up with...same issue i had with family guy because, contrary to what we might think, in this time and age, serialized tv simply can't go on and on forever, and yield the same high value entertainment return, as like when it first started.

I might hop in to see the occasional odd episode here and there, but following it religiously like i used to, during it's peak years? absolutely no!.

Decent watch, but the ending was very rushed. And the last scene shows a possibility of a season 2 especially since there are still a few plot threads left untied. I am not sure how things would work tho, the main plot seems settled by a dues ex machina with all the evidence conveniently kept by the antagonist...
