Those dragging her are not graduates. They have no idea how NYSC discharge and excemption works in reality. More importantly, they have no clue how things were in Nigeria when dealing with NYSC and other government agencies back in those days even if you schooled within Nigeria and understand the system.

I do not know the full truth about Kemi. However the woman I have heard talk in person doesn't strike me like someone who would fake a certificate.

If she did do so, then she is a damn good actress and should be punished fully according to the law.

The Director from the North explained that she doesn't need the NYSC degree to serve as Minister of Finance because precedent had been set by Obasanjo for Okonjo-Iweala which was also used by Jonathan in appointing her as Minister without NYSC Discharge Certificate. The issue was the sickness of BUHARI that made subsidy cabal to smuggle SARAKI is as the Senate President.

It wasn't an NYSC Certificate of Service. It was an NYSC Certificate of EXEMPTION. The Retired NYSC Director from your land said she wasn't qualified for exemption because she graduated before 30 years. Therefore NYSC will not issue her Certificate of Exemption. The man was still nursing the removal of Jonathan as President. The Senate that first observed it during screening should have removed it. NYSC confirmed she Applied for Certificate of EXEMPTION but they didn't reply her. The Senate President should have removed it during screening. NYSC Certificate is not an Academic Certificate. Buhari would have given her waiver as OBASANJO and Jonathan did for OKONJO-IWEALA but Senate held the forged certificate against her .

I read her resignation letter. There is nothing new in the resignation letter as the events leading to her resignation was known since 2015. Months and weeks to her resignation letter were full of intrigues which were basically tribal war. The North maintained neutrality but some in the Presidency wanted her out to have free access to looting and to have a country without Economic Masterplan, Economic Team and leader of BUHARI's Economic Team. This made EMEFIELE the Defacto Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Economic Team.

Honour?? What honour? Kemi graduated at the age of 22 which makes her eligible for service whether she is foreign-trained or local. The criteria that exempts you from national service are:-
1. 30 years and above as at when you graduated.
2. Served in the Armed forces of Nigeria
3. Life-threating medical condition
Kemi obviously didnt want to serve even when she knew that she was eligible and like many many Nigerians, we always look for a "shortcut" and she procure the forged certificate which she knew was WRONG but ahe has this warped and shallow belief that NYSC doesnt keep records. As intelligent as i believe she is suppose to be, how long would she have gotten away with this dishonorable act?? Afterall, na person wey dem catch naim be thief.

Who's this clown?. Look at his disjointed tenses. She presented the certificate for screening when she was appointed the commissioner of finance in Ogun state, she presented the same certificate to DSS for screening when she was appointed a minister and she was cleared.
She wrote the NYSC office for an exemption cert and one was delivered to her. Don't bring your low HighQ near me abeg.

She was not advised to forge NYSC Certificate of EXEMPTION. She never said she served NYSC. NYSC confirmed she applied for Certificate of EXEMPTION through Nigeria High Commission in London, but she was not replied. How and where she got the Forged Certificate of EXEMPTION in UK should be a matter of Investigation.

She doesn't need the NYSC Certificate of EXEMPTION or NYSC Certificate of Discharge for anything and for her appointment as Minister of Finance.

The Senate under SARAKI should have removed the Certificate since 2015 but decided to use it to threaten her to dance to their wish.

Nope she didn't resign immediately it was after evidence got too serious and all her defence failed.

The sure on which judgement the court that cleared her for cos another news on same judgement said it had nothing to do with the forgery case but if NYSC was mandatory for her as minister.

Very few people get indicted for forgery in political cases.
