No country is out to help another country. They are there to take.
What US is fighting to protect is what every other country like China and Russia want. They want you to use their currency to trade and discard the dollar. If this happens, you will be working for them to earn their currency in other to trade with them or with their allies.
They print money and use it to take your resources cheaply because you are told your currency has far less value.
No supper power country will risk being in battle conflict with US government over their conflict with another country. It is not that they are not capable. But any armed escalation will return the world to stone age.
So it is wisdom to issue papper threats than armed resistance in bid to help another country.
Armed conflicts with a supper power like the US that would result to casualty of their own people will be avoided at all cost.

China is an emerging World power, they're still building. They need to consolidate their growth for now. But you see that Russia, they're utterly useless. I thought they will checkmate the United States. I love resistant people and countries, especiallythat that are opposed to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and the United States of America. I supported Assad and I love Hugo Chavez and I transfered the love to Maduro. I'm pained that Trump toppled him without any form of resistance.

I clearly understand what you mean, but go thru history and you'll realize that both China and Russia have come to the aid of allies and friends alike. Without Russia, the US could have obliterated Cuba since 1960. Likewise, in Angola, without Russia and Cuban support the opposition Unita won't have been defeated. In fact, without the duo of Russia and China's strategic support for Venezuela, Chavismo won't have defied the US bullies for almost 3 decades. Mind you, Maduro was only taken out, but the Chavismo structure built and installed by late Hugo Chavez, still remains intact. His men still run every aspect of the country defense and political infrastructure. The US can not have an easy ride in Venezuela where well armed revolutionary groups are ready to sabotage oil installations should the US seek to get it's hands dripping with Venezuelan oil.

I feel exactly the way you do. Hugo Chavez helped open my eyes to 21st century socialism and how oil wealth can be deployed to rapidly empower the poor and offer them dignity. That said, don't you think Russias hands are fully occupied with Ukraine, considering that the Ukraine war is basically a war against NATO and not just Ukraine, and that Russia is presently fighting for its survival, especially when you consider that Russia, and to an extent China have constituted a form of detterence to US having its way quite early in Venezuela since the days of Chavez?

Russia has her hands full with her own problems...

What do you expect them to do? Deploy missles and soldiers in Venezuela or launch nukes at the US? I hope you know all that cost money and who pays for it? Countries weigh the cost benefits vs potential impact to them before jumping. Even the US has refused to deploy in ukraine because they know better.

Venezuela failed to protect itself, the way their president was captured easily like a common thief with zero resistance in few hours is on them not Russia or China.
