How is it America or anybody's business what a country does with its leadership? If Venezuela is being governed by a tyrant, that's a problem they should solve within themselves. Trump pardoned the former president of Honduras, who is a convicted drug lord, but arrested Maduro based on suspicion. The hypocrisy writes itself.
You know nothing about cosmic order or international politics. Being in the United Nations doesn't make all countries equal. Maduro lost the election and refused to hand over power. He tortures and kills opposition members for simply speaking out. He has reduced the people's purchasing power to near zero. Just because Venezuelans aren't flocking to Nigeria but to the US does not give anyone the right to feign ignorance of the effects of 30% of the country's population fleeing to other nations due to Maduro's wickedness. Venezuelans are happy and celebrating, and you think you know it all to chime in on a secretive international matter. Please, not this time around. You have it all wrong. He was given option to flee but no, he didn't take the option because of pride hence the consequences. |

She should just shut up. This is exactly why Americans chose President Trump instead of her. |

Zocalite:Nigeria wanted to stop the coup. And that's because there's AU accord. Nigeria didn't interfere because it was already too late and to prevent war. Get your facts right next time Moreover US - the world superpowerAnd what do you think being superpower means? You think it means "go to any less developed country when you want and Bleep them up? Someone needs to educate you again on that. And Venezuela was also shipping drugs into US using government facilitiesThat's a lie Trump sold to you, his minions. Drug cartels don't need government facilities Do you know how many Venezuelans were lurking at the border of US daily leaving their country because of maduroMany Nigerians, Indians, Chinese would leave their countries today if given opportunity. Is that because of Maduro too? You came off to me as ignorant |

She's still bitter over her lost .... Bush spent billions of tax payer money and needed about 150,000 service men to capture sadam Hussain while in the process about 4900 of American soldiers loses their lives, an Trump spent less than 100k USD , few Navel seal to capture most dangerous drug dealers in the world and you are condemning him.. Trump has proven beyond doubt he is what he claimed he is.. a man with stone balls |

Botragelad:Really? Thanks to Donald Trump. Mind explaining to me why Trump is now saying USA will now be in charge of their oil? Most of these liberal leaders are cowards always yapping their mouths off with blah blah, promises, etc, but when it comes to backing it up with actual moves, nadaYou believed that being lawless, brutal, war. mongering is synonymous to being courageous and being lawful, humane is synonymous to being coward? If every president of superpower nations behave like unhinged Trump, you personally would have been tired of this world |

That's Russia's 🇷🇺 toy called Satan 2 and that of North Korea This is the only toy which can deter uninvited guests from coming or invading your country. Any serious nation must aspire to build one since diplomatic and the respect of international laws have been thrown out of the window. The world is now a jungle where only the strongest can survive. If you are weak, you will become people's punching bags... At least Iran made USA knows they are not a pushover. Isreal also testify to it.

Zocalite:Stop trying to muddle the waters and be coherent. People act like you do when they know their position is wrong or don't understand what they are talking about. Is the action by the USA government right or wrong? I don't support Nigeria blindly. Nigeria is not perfect and can make wrong decisions. I'll be the first to admit that. However, our intervention in Benin was done with the approval of the president of Benin. We did not violate their sovereignty. We didn't interfere in Niger and Mali, but any such intervention would have been done in line with international law. We won't act unilaterally. The highlighted portion of your comment is a mere allegation from an oil hungry government led by Trump. It remains an unproven allegation. Whether true or not, it cannot justify an attack on Venezuela, killing of armed personnel, civilians, kidnap of the president and his wife. Now Trump and his gang of thieves want to control the country. Would they have done this if Venezuela was not a weak country? I'm sure they wouldn't have resorted to self-help, but explore other avenues, possibly under international law. |

Trump is a coward, why can't he invade Russia and capture Putin? Why can't he invade N.Korea and capture their president? Why can't he invade China and distrub their economy? He only shows his strength with small countries. Where is Hitler today? Trump should remember there is always tomorrow. |

HacheNoire:On point. The A££ kissing is diabolical but these Nigerians would keep foaming in the mouth. We have a Stockholm syndrome pandemic and majority don't even know it. Clearly he has stated not once or twice that they are there for the oil but these A££holes will still say it is not so. Problem dey oh 🤦🏾♂️ |

HacheNoire:When the country was controlling its oil, how didit benefit people of Venezuela? Even Venezuelans were rejoicing about the news, but you and Kamala demon Harris think you know their country better than them!!! |
| Re: Kamala Harris Responds to Trump's Actions on Maduro and Venezuela by Gbadebo19(m): 3:25pm On Jan 04 |
HacheNoire:Keep quiet on Libya issue. Libya was a joint UN intervention. It was even spearheaded by France, not US. Your hatred for US blinds you more than anything. Maduro was the leader of a drug cartel that imported drugs into the US, true or false. Those are the questions you should be answering. |

3seriez:That’s the repercussions of being mentally conquered over generations! If you check the upbringing of 99% of those lots, previous generations worshiped the west irrespective of their impunity, so they inherited it like religion. You did start getting to know how a diverse, rich and strong continent like Africa was conquered. It wasn’t that they were powerful to stand the continent. It was because Africa had these sets of people we talking about within! They will be forever loyal to their masters! |

Gbadebo19:Too many kids on these forum! What is the difference between the UN and USA? Oh! France led the war to Afghanistan in what grounds? Did you know Maduro was smuggling drugs into the US a year ago? No! Your masters just told you and you ate it up! Drugs you said? Educate yourself please! less than 5% of drugs coming to the US came through Venezuela! It is not a Fentanyl hub. More Gentanyk come from Canada than Venezuela. So what drug are you talking about ! You just all out to defend what your masters told you since you have been mentally conquered and have no mind of your own to reason, analyze, ponder and conclude . |

HacheNoire:It's your likes that are thinking Africa is free just because the colonists openly said that they were leaving. Even if they did left, those indigenous Africans milking the resources of Africa right inside Africa and pretending to be leaders, how different are they from the colonists? If for example, a Tinubu family and cronies along with few figures in government, who are just within the 10 percent of Nigeria's population are the ones enjoying the resources freely given to us by God in the name of acclaimed leaders, would it not be stupid to still side with them when leaders like Trump would plan for invasion and increase the beneficiaries to 40 or 50 percent? |

NSK4U:Where did I state that Africa is free? You are not in position to educate me that the continent is still under colonial rule. The few people will tried to break the chains are now six feet below. Not taking sides in the political disaster is worst than taking sides. You make do with what you have. Not ignoring the situation. |
