What he did is illegal, pure and simple. The constitution he swore to defend doesn't give him the power to declare war on a country posing no immediate threat to the US.
He said he was going to stop drug trafficking, now he wants to run Venezuela and give their oil to American companies.
That is criminal.
No wonder he couldn't stand firm against what Russia is doing in Ukraine.
