All budgets whether reconciliation or not must be passed by an act of the National Assembly first with the President giving his assent.
This is the 2nd time within 30 days that Tinubu is trying to bypass the National Assembly and commit unconstitutional acts.
But I don't blame Tinupoo, na dat Natasha pant sniffing Senate President I blame.
This is the worst National Assembly since 1999, even Ahmed Lawan was better than this.

Mr the National Assembly has no business with finances associated with the Federations Account. That matter is strictly between the federating units, FG, states and LGAs.

At a time when the country is engulfed by severe insecurity, the president is away, while Bayo Onanuga, his senior domestic servant parades pictures of him having a private lunch with Paul Kagame.

One can only imagine the outrage if Tinubu were in opposition today and a sitting president had absconded in this manner. Imagine the statements Tinubu himself would have issued as an opposition leader under such circumstances.
