Not every police officer is corrupt.
Some are just noble men who work hard to put food on their table

Kano, a once peaceful state is now gradually turning into a bandit enclave. This is a fallout of the so-called non-kinetic approach alias peace deals/negotiations with bandits in Katsina and Kaduna.
