Anioma People have gathered in their hundreds of thousands at several points to support the creation of Anioma State in the South-East.

Anyone claiming that Anioma people are rejecting Anioma State in South-East is a deceiver and a terrific liar.
It is true that few people who are confused about their identity and filled with inferiority complex are rejecting the state being created in South-East, but in a sense of justice, fairness and equity, the majority wins the vote and as it stands today, majority of Anioma wants the state created in South-East Geopolitical Zone and are far more comfortable as the South-East is predominantly the bia speaking people of Nigeria which the Anioma people belong to.

Those pushing and advertising the narrative of Anioma people rejecting South-East are doing so based on their personal selfish interest. They know and have seen and heard the large numbers of Anioma people who want South-East, but they intentionally look away and concentrate on those inconsequential few, abandoning majority for minority voice. They do not really care about the unity of Ndi-Igbo because they want to carve out something from the small place remaining in igbo land to suit their selfish political business, on the detriment of the opportunity to increase the landmass and population of the South-East. No state created in the present South-East will increase their population and landmass. Those people agitating for a new state to be carved out from the existing South-East instead of adding population, resources and landmass are actually being used by those who dont want the growth, and unification of Ndi-Igbo because they know if they are united, they will become the strongest in Nigeria.

Those rejecting Anioma State in South-East Geopolitical Zone in Anioma; they are majorly the problems of Anioma, they are people struggling with identity crisis because some of them are products of r a p e victims from the Asaba Massacre and civil war atrocities done all over Anioma.
The confused elected leaders who, under the instructions of one man, signed a press statement after the bill has scaled through public hearing successfully, are good examples of confused people, and unintelligent entities.
These elected leaders have never come together to fight the criminal fulani herdsmen in our bushes. They watch our people d i e, and they do absolutely nothing because they want to protect their political future. Some of them are defending the criminal fulani herdsmen so that they can be in the good book of the hausa/fulani so that they can be considered for national position, they are doing this so that they can be allowed to be President of Nigeria based on the fact that the federal system dont want the igbo man to be president. These political stooges have really tampered with the true identity of the Anioma people and are working seriously with the enemies of Anioma.

Anioma people in their majority have shown willingness to be reunited with their people in the South-East, this should be the focus of every true igbo born.

Anioma state is a plus to South-East...
Anioma State is a compensation to Igbo Nation over the Nigerian Civil War crimes.
Anioma state is an asset, not a liability to the South-East.
