Nyesom Ezenwo Wike's son, Jordan Wike is set to take over from Kingsley Chinda whose political career is uncertain as he is on a mission of no return. He's contesting for governorship seat with Sim Fubara.

Here is the son of Nyesom Wike:
Jordan Wike, the eldest son, is a law graduate who has earned both a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Exeter in the UK and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Queen Mary University of London. He was recently called to the Nigerian Bar in September 2025.

He will be contesting at age 25 while the outgoing is on his 60s
