Your gut is connected to your brain....research have shown that fixing it will even save you from many old age diseases. I bet that there is a correlation btw good gut health and low dementia sh.t out there.

Just so you know I'm singing that primary school song......"craw craw dey your yan*h, if na lie open am make I see" 😆.

For stubborn dandruff get Sulphur hair cream, it's yellow in color and apply after bathing, at first it will sting but in 3 days if applied consistently it will clear the dandruff completely, it is best applied at night, don't try it under the sun o, else you may have a horrible day.
