I have been on flights to the US where US citizens were denied entry and sent back.
In fact, I was on a flight where 2 US citizens were sent back due to a lack of proper entry documents.
You people just make assumptions. People in the know will just be laughing at this kind of talk.

If things don't work out in America for any reason whatsoever, Canada is the next logical option for most people. For those with criminal records, there are loopholes to explore and that's deportation when found out.

You are a criminal when you commit crime na. You get record so you can’t enter. For these ones to be deported, they must have committed crime in Canada.

Well, criminal is a subjective term. What is considered a crime in some countries might not be considered a crime in others.
DUI is not a ground to deny entry in most countries, while it is in Canada; hence, the US enforces the same policy against Canadians but not against other citizens from other countries.

Americans have been moving to Canada for decades,. especially during the Vietnam war when young men who didn't want to be drafted into the us army ran there

For centuries, you mean. Many runaway slaves went there in the antebellum era. Many Black Americans also went there during the Jim Crow era and became Black Canadians. Dwayne the Rock is a grandson of one of them.

That's immigration for you. People pick places to live for various reasons.

When Nigeria was booming, we still had hundreds of thousands of Nigerians living in Benin Republic, Ivory Coast, Togo, Ghana, Cameroon, Burkina Faso etc.

So you think Americans will migrate to Canada solely because of healthcare?
First, the healthcare in canada is free, but that doesn't make it better. Most will still prefer the level of service you can get in the US compared to Canada. Because something is free doesn't make it good.
Secondly, these kids on NL assume that people only migrate for economic reasons- some just prefer to live somewhere else. Many Americans prefer to live outside of the US. Many don't like the system, some are scared of crime, and some just don't think the US is all that. They might prefer Canada or even Nigeria.
I'm an American, but I prefer to live in Nigeria. There are Americans who prefer to live in Europe, especially with the dictator in the WHite House.
Some Canadians prefer to live in the US, and some Europeans love the American way of life. It's not always about money. I have a cousin who is British-born but loves everything American; he cannot stay just one week in the UK, he's already missing the US.

Some Americans love to live in Nigeria; it all depends on what you are getting in any country that you choose to move to.

Most are criminals that escaped from US to avoid jail or arrest while some are ordinary people looking for a new environment to live but undocumented in Canada. These categories are many in Canada........Some children could just get angry with their parents in the US especially those border regions, before the parents realize anything, the youngsters already crossed into Canada and start living life anyhow they want......it's very common.....

US citizens being deported from Canada! Idonbelieveit! Trump definitely caused this. These are two neighbouring countries whose citizens don’t need a visa to drive across the border. It sounds very funny. First time am hearing this.
