The driver couldn't have intentionally crashed the car and if he truly applied the brake pedal and it didn't respond, then the fault is not his but the trailer driver who parked illegally and should be held responsible

A driver sleeps off or is drunk, and accident happens, he would blame it on the brakes.

Both the man's son and the lawyers telling this Childish and annoying stories are ma.d....hear the lines below and tell me if it will ever make sense to say Anthony was blocking his view while sitting in front as if the SUV was designed for pigmies. He also claimed the truck parked on the shoulder of the road was a problem and that his Dad is not a fast driver, yet 2 people were unalived and on the spot from the impact of the collision with a stationary truck.

Most of these people are hungry people making money from other people misfortune...they're not telling the story endlessly because they care nut because I hear some of those platforms pay them...
Imagine Nigerians on the scene of the accident scavenged and even stole AJ's phone as if it was not bad enough that some guy even recorded the dead bodies on bare ground....we've lost our value and humanity in that country 😳

If Nigeria was a serious country, a qualified auto-mechanic would have been brought to take a look at the vehicle to ascertain if the brakes actually failed.
That said, except the driver was on high speed he would have properly negotiated to avoid the truck or he wants to say the steering wheel failed too?
What I see here is that the driver sacrificed the passenger side of the vehicle to escape death.

U don't need any qualified mechanic....all they need to do is check for screech marks on the road

God saved his life ,he could have still survived even if he sat at the front .

Son, if your father was a good and experienced driver... We won't driver to offset speed level, what do you mean break failed and the next thing for the driver was to loose control and face the truck on top speed..

On no planet are cars towed away within one second or instantly.

From the impact you will know the driver was speeding too much, something that tore the car and shattered that guys brains,

Sincerely speaking, this AJ and his friends accident really scare me, I was just speechless since the day of occurrency becos I keep asking myself unanswerable questions and glorifying Almighty Allah.


The driver should just be free from the Court case , having case with the driver is just like having case with Almighty Allah, the driver was just use to be the proximate cause of their death, the did has being done already and that is destiny of life .

I have told you severally that even if it was there for only five minutes, the same thing could happen and you would start blaming the truck when there is no where in the world where such can be evacuated in a nanosecond which is what your comments imply.
