UN can only condemn. There is nothing much they can do. Only USA has the capability to execute the operation of regime change. Mind you, the toppling isn't all about losing election. One thing you should understand about USA is that whatever they do there must be something that has their interests. 1. is curbing drug influx into their country 2. Venezuela has been navigating around sanctions placed on them by selling oil at cheap rate to China, Russia and iran as low as $30 per barrel. These are die hard enemy of USA.
