I suppose he has been into drugs business long before he became the president and abandoning such business after becoming president might not be so easy or simple. Most likely, he was supported by his drug-pushing associates and gangs to emerge as president, so abandoning them will be a little complicated.

Where is the supposed savings from subsidy removal and what was it used for because the government has gone on borrowing and taxation spree.
