Two months ago, someone constructed a lithium battery pack for me using 140 cells, but now it can’t power a 15-watt fan for 12 hours at night after just two months of use.
I’m using a 200W solar panel and a 1000W inverter.
Please, I need help on what to do.

Many things can go wrong with the job.

What type of cell were used?
If brand new of same grade, what voltage is the pack?
This your package shows cheap pwm controller that hover around 50% efficiency.
Another is panel voltage, if pv voltage is around 40v and your battery is 12v, your are playing with 28% efficiency or less at best.

Just hope it is a case of cell mismatch or few bad cells if 18650 were used.
It is one thing for a system to work(ethusiast or hobbyist) for a ahort period and another for it to work well enough(technical/engineering).

Don't be deceived by the pix.

Those Temu cells, from experience, can be inferior or superior to tetralogyfallut's. I have had good and bad luck so can tell you about them. What tetralogyfallot sells is of higher quality when new but used so wont give you 100% of the label value. Those from temu can be so poor that it delivers 1C and have as few as 300 cycles left.

Sorry about that. I think something is happening in one of the parallel groups. May be one or few cells are bad drawing the group's voltage down to BMS cut off voltage. If you are technically inclined you can dismantle the battery pack and test the individual groups then check all cells in the defective group.

If could be a case of disconnections of some cells from the group or some cells are just bad.

This is one of the challenges with using cylindrical cells and also not using new cells that are identical in all measures.

assuming his 200w panel is 40v which is possible, that pwm SCC will only deliver (14/40)X200 watts at most. Very poor and probable source of the issue.

I am guessing LFPs were used because 12 8v nominal voltage is 3 2v X 4.

Open it up and Check for cut fuse if u have a multimeter.

Thanks I opened it I only saw three resistors labelled R2 R1 and R3 like metal stripes .01-.02ohms connected together in parallel

Check for Fuse 50a or so.

Look at the point where the Red +ve wire connects to the board, there should be a couple of spade fuses, usually 40A. Check if they're burnt out.
