The most effective way is to add building your immune system to whatever medication you use. If you don't do this, you will keep treating fungi infection cos they are extremely stubborn.

The best way to build your immune is working on your gut. If you can fix your gut, the battle is won already. If not, forget it.

Fix your gut, and you will eradicate all infections you have been battling with. And new infections will find it hard to breakthrough your defence system.

For stubborn dandruff get Sulphur hair cream, it's yellow in color and apply after bathing, at first it will sting but in 3 days if applied consistently it will clear the dandruff completely, it is best applied at night, don't try it under the sun o, else you may have a horrible day.

This is easy dandruff is just lifestyle changes .. stop bathing too much .. and always try to keep oils tapped in your skin and diet .. clean oils essential oils too are good ... Make sure you cream your hair everyday and brush it keeping the hair low also helps . M but. Keep oils in your diet .. clean oils

But any fungal infection you don't treat from the inside will keep on coming back e.g dandruff, athlete foot e t c
Depending on the severity, you need to take antifungal medication like ketoconazole, griseofulvin e tc and be consistent in taking it..
Some can last for 3-6 months in taking the drugs..
But I know there's still a lot of research to be done on this fungal situation.

Can we get a drug/ injection that will take care of it once and for all..They can be very terrible to treat.

From Personal experience. Hypo Bleach. This thing embarrass me for more than 10yrs until I started using #20 Hypo bleach. Just a month I got the solution I needed.

It's exactly what it is oils .. washing removes the oils .. lotions replaces it .. and good food and healthy exposure regulates it .. it's not rocket science
