You're right to a certain point, but you don't get away chances that supposed to give you more edges as a player, I think that is what he hate most and can't control himself when he observed such. Look at what happened against Tunisia, they nearly equalised. One thing I noticed about Osimhen, he is not a selfish player and always ready to give out ball when necessary and expect others to do so

Mario Balotelli, Paul Gascoigne, Eric Cantona are all very talented players, but with over-bloated egos, and we see how it prevented them from reaching their full potential. Attackers have the right to be selfish. You're winning comfortably, you've scored 2, its only normal for others to attempt getting their names on the score sheet, which is totally fine. What is not fine is consistent outbursts like this. Something that VO9 has littered across his playing career for different reasons.
