I really need help and visibility on this issue because it’s getting frustrating.

I have a parcel with Speedaf Nigeria. My delivery address is Sokoto State, and I am physically in Sokoto.

Everything was going fine until the tracking suddenly took a very strange turn.

🔹 On 20th December 2025, the parcel was loaded from LOS Distribution Center and departed for SKO (Sokoto), which is correct.

🔹 But instead of arriving in Sokoto, the tracking later showed the parcel arriving at MIU-MIU and then being repeatedly loaded and sent to ABV (Abuja), twice, days apart.

Below are the confusing tracking updates:

2026-01-02: Loaded at MIU-MIU; Departed for ABV Distribution Center

2025-12-29: Loaded at MIU-MIU; Departed for ABV Distribution Center

2025-12-29: Arrived at Site MIU-MIU

2025-12-20: Loaded at LOS-Distribution Center; Departed for SKO

My questions:

How does a parcel already sent to Sokoto suddenly get diverted back to Abuja?

Why is it looping between MIU-MIU and ABV?

Where is the parcel right now?

The movement looping you're seeing is cuz the item hasn't left the Miu office. The update was/is just a way to stall. You'll get an update soon, the ABV must be Abuja DC which I'm not sure you can reach directly but via customer service. If there's no delivery to Miu from Abuja, your package will remain in Miu until they have delivery from Abj.

Just be patient; I know it's frustrating.

I have in time past solved similar issues by calling their customer service.
If you think Speedaf is bad, wait till you have issues with Nipost.

Had Anybody's package pass the custom clearance stage since the turn of the year? My speedaf package has been stuck at custom clearance since Jan 1st.

I hope they don't use Speedaf for last mile delivery. If na speedaf, then forget it. I am tired of living in anxiety. Nigeria anxiety is too much for me to be purposefully adding extra.

If you are a freelancer in Nigeria, you are facing power anxiety, internet anxiety (except if you are using Starlink) and other Tinubu added anxieties. I will not now come and add extra anxieties to my work heart.

All packages are delivered without delay and with clear communication

Since you have the number of the delivery agent, try and see if that number is on whatapp, check his profile picture and take it to their office close to you.
And lay a complain there
