Well, I'm on physical SIM and there no issue with the sub.

This issue is not new though. It happened a couple of times last year. It will be sorted out, probably with compensation sef.

I think so too cause when I called the customer care, I was told to call out the IMEl of my ODU which I did

Yes. I called them yesterday, they said 24hours.

I just renewed my sub

They've fixed mine just now with 2days added

I had to call customer care though

Airtel SIM with normal sub should work on the router. Not that I have tested but it will be absurd if it doesn't.

I was virtually leading the conversation.

I first relayed my grievances to them. Told them exactly the day the router was registered and when it was supposed to expire. Told them about the recent poor network and the ever present nightly snail-speed network.

I had first told the firstline CC to forward the call to their supervisors

They didn't ask me to provide IMEI or SN. Maybe because it's not 'the other way' or because I was forward with necessary details like the router number and all those dates and stuff. They were apologizing for most of the time. The supervisor took a long time that I thought they would fix it immediately. After all those checks, she said to wait 24hrs.

Curious, I took a peek and saw the cryptic letters '5G NSA' displayed. I'm still puzzled by what '5G NSA' truly means, especially since my video streaming still stutters and buffers like clockwork. I had hoped that with the magic of 5G, my streaming experience would be utterly seamless.

5G NSA is based off of 4G's existing infrastructure. Though it may be faster with lower latency, the implementation matters. If their 4G has not been properly implemented/optimized, don't expect their 5G to be much better.

5G NSA is based off of 4G's existing infrastructure. Though it may be faster with lesser latency, the implementation matters. If their 4G has not been properly implemented/optimized, don't expect their 5G to be much better.

I noticed 4+ is faster and better than that 5G NSA because i compared both here so i had to force my router to stay on 4g only

4g+ works better than 5g NSA here. Also when you're mounting your ODU keep note of your RSRP and make sure it's below -90

Yes. It happens. It all depends on the bands and the aggregation.

I think for ZLT it resets every month that's the drawback

Those using ODU can you confirm your RSRP?
