I want you guys to help me criticise this house plan to see where it can be improved.

For me o, I think the living room should have one toilet /bathroom somewhere close to the bar. If a visitor wants to ease himself/herself, they don't have to have access to any of your bedroom first to use the toilet or bathroom.

On the left where you put the living room, for me re arrange


Them like living room, dining, kitchen, looby all on one side of the left. Then let all the bedrooms be on one side, first bedroom, second and last bedroom and only one toilet is enough for the whole house, the more the toilets, the more rats and rodents will prey the house.

You did not outline your usecase ?? Are you building personal or rental??


A lot things seems sloppy like the dinner table in between the rooms.
