Sebi the scholarship program is in Morocco, awarded during Buhari's tenure.. That must definitely be a quota system scholarship |

What are you saying exactly? That government social contracts to Nigerians ends once the administration that initiated it ends? You need to stop supporting rubbish. Government is a continuum and democracy is a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. As Nigerians, supporting a government should never supercede upholding citizens' rights. helinues: |

PrincessDiana:Do you even consider if the process of the scholarship is legit? How many southerners are amongst? So you are a saying a new government must continue the past government programs even if it's not making sense? |
| Re: Verydarkblackman: There Is No Future For Nigerians In The Hands Of PBAT. by PrincessDiana(op): 11:32am On Jan 07 |
Southerners don't go to Morocco to school, whether on scholarship or what not. They head more towards the West. The same thing is being said about parents of scholarship beneficiaries from other parts of Nigeria. This government is ignoring citizens in favour of politics. All shades of wrong and they need to be called out. You are not doing the administration any favours by not calling them out when they err. Nigeria is for it's 220 million plus citizens and not just for a few to enjoy. helinues:

PrincessDiana:If the beneficiaries of the program are mostly northerners, why is the scholarship been sponsored by FG instead of Northern whatever? |
| Re: Verydarkblackman: There Is No Future For Nigerians In The Hands Of PBAT. by PrincessDiana(op): 11:38am On Jan 07 |
Are you now just arguing for argument sake? There are always been provisions in the budget for higher education sponsorship by federal government. Are you that ignorant? helinues: |

PrincessDiana:Don't allow your hatred for this government blind your reasoning. There are only provisions for the continuity of genuine programs from the past government. Why is TAN program started by GEJ terminated by Buhari? Is N power still functioning currently? |

Even if this government chooses not to tow the path of previous administrations by ignoring education, under no circumstances should they abandon existing beneficiaries. It could jeopardise their lives and put them at risk. These are young adults. A country should always protect its citizens, not expose them unduly. helinues: |

helinues:If you don't know how things work in terms of governance you can ask before you respond. Immediately he resume office the first thing is to get brief from the permanent secretary of all that is ongoing. So the minister can't say he's not aware. Go and asked anybody this . If not for politics he could be sacked if it was private work. |

correctyourself:Stop jumping into the middle of the conversation like Puma. Were you there when people applied for the scholarship program? The person who headed the program during Buhari's tenure, why has he not come out to speak about the people he empowered ? |

Honestly, if you look at the events happening in Nigeria, you weep for the future of this country. The APC is only interested in playing stupid politics, counting how many governors are now in their party, but they have absolutely no knowledge of what good governance is all about. Every sector in present‑day Nigeria has been destroyed; no single sector has been upgraded or is working since the APC took over the government. I think the best solution for the country now is to go back to regional government—not that it will solve the problems overnight, but it will surely be a stepping stone towards good governance. If we continue with this same structure even in the next 200 years, nothing good will happen to Nigeria. The fact that the APC still has supporters shows you the type of people in Nigeria. The Nigerian government is so messed up. |

helinues:You're speaking out of ignorance! I am speaking as someone who once serve in government for few time and I know the working of Minister - Permanent Secretary -Directors. You expect the person that sign the letter to come and say what? What that letter means is that the person acted on a memo approved my the then Minister, just to teach you I have to say this. Most of you up there are job seekers you don't know anything, only speaking on assumptions. I have passed this your level of understanding on this matter about year 2011 I won't waste my time with you. |

Someone said the beggars he saw in 1980 are now the bandits of today. The poverty this APC govt created under Buhari and Tinubu would cause big damage in the next ten years. |
