The owners of Nigeria never bother with this problem.
The law is for Southerners
MakeWeTalk:
I feel sorry for this man

Can I ask a question ❓

How come Dangote drivers are never charged to court
I suspect that the law only applies to southerners or maybe Dangote is allowed to kill as they can.

All this "noise" is because it involved an internationally known person. How many road accidents have the police prosecuted so vehemently as they have done this one. It was an accident (for crying out loud). Mek we no do like say the unfortunate man purposely carry the car go hit for truck.
Abba!!! 😎

Who endorsed the guy to drive Anthony Joshua and crew without a valid driver’s license. That’s the first huge mishap in this tragic case😳

Chegesnd:
Manslaughter is manslaughter, I don't think there's anything like involuntary manslaughter!
When you punch someone and your punch kills them, that's manslaughter. You didn't plan to kill them but you did. In his case, it's involuntary because he could've also died, he couldn't have intended to kill himself unless otherwise proven, he was being reckless with everyone's life including his, so I'd say involuntary.

It's like someone who takes weed to get high and also gives their friends, which results in someone's death. It's involuntary.

The guy was careless period
It was overspeeding. Any forensic expert can see that.

A truck was stationary, if he had not been Onondaga a high speed, he would have noticed that truck on time, and should he eventually hit the truck, the impact would have been on the car and not be this fatal.

However, Nigerian drivers, especially those driving with escorts, usually think the road belongs to them, and therefore pay less attention to some details

The guy was careless period..if u are a trained driver ,u should know that u can only overtake a vehicle infront if and only if there's no obstruction in your front expect the vehicle u are about to overtake...but otherwise u should slow down and fall in line until you are free to overtake...running into a stationery truck is the height of negligence as far as driving is concerned....I just pity the man sha...because AJ is just lucky he's sitting at the back of the drivers seat...because is only natural for the driver to try at all cost to save his own life during this kind of chaos
.he had break failure according to accounts.

No sir.

He won't face even a letter not to talk of sentence.
Tor..it is well with him. For him to have been their driver for a long time now means he is a trusted hand and has been driving them at top speeds like he was on that unfaithful day. He, the passengers of that lexus and our lawless government are all to be blamed.

Adeniyi Kayode hit a stationery vehicle on a high speed carriageway.
It's only an ARRANGEE Judge who can convict Adeniyi for reckless driving but spare the driver of the stationery lorry, spare the boss of Federal Road Safety Commission, spare the Inspector General of Police.
The stationery vehicle should have had a reflective triangle 🔺️ placed 15 metres behind it by its driver; or Police and FRSC Patrol diverting oncoming traffic from behind the stationery vehicle

I didn't know about that. Which still means "Involuntary manslaughter" because he wasn't supposed to operate a car if he knew the car had brake issues, let alone speed with it.
Re: Anthony Joshua’s Driver, Adeniyi Kayode, Could Face Life Sentence by Houseontherock1: 2:03pm On Jan 07
E ni a le mu lan ledi mo undecided
Driving without license is punishable but not necessarily with imprisonment and to me, that's about the only "crime" they can prove. This man is also a victim of circumstances and the Road safety commission and people in charge of Road maintenance are also liable...why is the illegally parked vehicle there? I'm sure it wasn't parked yesterday undecided
It's time these agencies also start taking responsibility for their inaction!

1. Sarcastic Tone
“Ah yes, because nothing screams ‘celebrity lifestyle’ like hiring a man who looks like he just graduated from the University of Shepe and majored in Oncolos Studies. Bravo! Who needs professionalism when you can have pure chaos behind the wheel?”

2. Savage Tone
“Looking at this guy, I’m convinced his CV says: Skills – Drinking shepe, arguing at bus stops, and honking unnecessarily. And you, a whole celebrity, said: ‘Yes, that’s my guy!’ We had trained drivers waiting, but you went and hired an agbero with a PhD in confusion.”

3. Playful Tone
“Celebrity goals: fancy cars, designer clothes, and… an agbero driver who probably thinks seatbelts are decorations. Honestly, looking at him, I bet his playlist is just ‘Shepe Anthem’ on repeat. You didn’t hire a driver; you hired a vibe!”

I would have loved to know what really happened.

No one has really told us how the accident happened, what caused it or led to it.

I only heard a video interview of an eyewitness who said it was another vehicle that caused the accident and that it escape but even the eyewitness didn't say how or what the escaped vehicle did that caused the accident.
Every accident is labelled over speeding in Nigeria.

This man is actually irresponsible. He’s lying that brakes failed when he was firstly, over speeding,
Driving without a license and over taking wrongfully on the hard shoulder. That sort of overtaking is too common on our roads and doing that just shows how unprofessional a driver he is.

We do so many reckless, illegal and dangerous things on the road in this country that no one seems to care but what is wrong is wrong!

He should released asap.

Create a poll where people will vote release him or vote to jail.

It's not the driver's fault. The system is faulty. The driver shouldn't be the Scape goat .

Hmm how on earth would AJ allow someone without license drive him? Well for all those criticizing people saying Nigeria happened to AJ I guess you can see the truth here.

Nigeria did actually happened to AJ because he hired a driver with no license to drive him knowing fully well that they'll get away with it from officials, because no police or other checkpoints can stop them. I understand the trauma AJ would be going through now
Owning a license doesn't really mean the person knows how to drive well. No be 9ja again?
