Those things you listed such as traveling abroad are all good experiences to have, but they wouldn't magically make all your problems disappear. Problems still dey that abroad. Continue with your life diligently, and one day you will look back and see how much you have achieved with the little you have now.

I don't actually blame the US for this. The bond restriction does not apply to every visa type - it applies only to business and tourist visa types.

Technically, anyone that can't afford it shouldn't be thinking of going to the US for tourism or business (B1/B2 visas). They have seen cases of many people granted such types of visas that ended up abusing it and refusing to return to their home countries. Fixing that loophole shouldn't be a big deal to everyone concerned - such visas are intended for those that truly can afford them, not for those that simply want to japa.

The bank will most likely issue a promissory note or a post-dated cheque/bank draft etc to the traveler to submit to the embassy. It will only become money for the embassy if the traveler fails to retrieve the instrument upon return.

I, don't fancy going to USA , Europe is my target , trump should go to he'll.

For a worldly traveler (as you often claim) the 2nd paragraph is suspect. First, who are the “good people” Nigerians should have voted for in 2019/2023?
Second, what about the 100+ millions of bad citizens in Nigeria? Abi you think our problem are the less than 50k so called “bad leaders”?

Did you fail to analyse and see that the “advanced “ countries were built by their citizens? And of course helped by colonial economic and political structures they created - which enriched them at our expense (IMF, world bank, US dollar hegemony etc)?
