The Supreme Court on Fubara:

“A government cannot be said to exist without one of the three arms of government,” the ruling read. “Here, the Head of the Executive has chosen to collapse the Legislature so he can rule without it—as a despot. As it stands, there is no government in Rivers State.”

So a governor should not present budget to the state Assembly because he doesn't like the speaker and that ok with you hypocrites. You want a better Nigeria but devoid of rule of law. This time he is going to be impeached and nothing all you online wailers will do. grin

The question sensible and unbiased Nigerians should ask is that if all these read out are true. It is not all about because we hate Wike. If Fubara knows he does not have the support of the house he must learn how to meander without coming short of the law. The law if not sympathetic to anyone. Fubara has a bad case in the court and was only saved by Tinubu. Getting into APC does not erase all sins.

I know for certain that the source of strength of Wike is the Nigerian Police.I personally saw him in their vehicle in a Southern Western state capital during his reign as Rivers State Governor, the way I saw Burna Boy in an OSRC vehicle.

Yoruba people like them too but they should stop destabilizing their own region. Niger Delta people's bad behavior is becoming irritating.

The Police force should warn their volunteer, Wike, please.

I feel so bitter and pained reading comments blaming wike.

Tinubu stood before a joint house, presented his budget.

Here Fubara is spending state money without any budget.

Ii recall the supreme Court warned Fubara about this. Even Tinubu and APC governors will never support this.

Even to present names of commissioners nominees, Fubara refused.

Fubara will be impeached. If e pain you, enter street for PH.

You go collect.

Apc implosion is about to start.

I don't think he has power to do that, the only reason that gave him upper hands in River state is presidency backing. When they are ready for him, they will just entice his loyal comrades with federal appointments and throw him under the bus. He cant also use violence to rig election where he doesn't have state apparatus or federal backing. They will just fill Rivers with solders during election and kill anyone that misbehave.

Things cannot be worse for Fubara.
The Supreme court on record said - "Fubara is a despot."
The Court of Appeal on record in Fubara's Case said - "A joke taken too far."
The Federal High Court on record in Fubara's Case said - "A tyrant." Those pushing Fubara are about to get him over the cliff! Strictly speaking Fubara deserves to be impeached especially considering his refusal to present the Budget to the House of Assembly for passage into Law before spending the funds belonging to the State.

Tinubu appointed Wike minister as payback for Wike rigging Rivers State presidential election to favour Tinubu.
Thereafter, fracas and arrested development followed in Rivers State following the payback appointment.
Thereafter, Tinubu hurriedly builds a coastal highway to enable his SW region to directly exploit the mineral resources in Rivers State and other coastal states. Other existing roads in Nigeria are hardly motorable.
