Yes, they will create more vacancies next yr. Currently, NCGC has approval to recruit just 40 persons. They don’t need bloated staff bcuz they are new. They have gone far with their recruitment. Names already sent for approval but APL has not been issued. More vacancies will be created by Q1, 2026 Meaning if you doesn’t succeed in Q1, 2026 then wait for November/December 2026 where more vacancies will be created again. What they need are those with experience on credit analysis.

This is very correct. The federal government of Nigeria even asked all MDAs to as a matter of urgency, move 70% of all capital components of the 2025 budget to the 2026 appropriations.

Federal Government is so rich but very broke, guys.

One wonders where all the subsidy monies and loans are going.

I finally understand, all the underground recruits & slots are 90% super geniuses from elites colleges with phds and special certifications. Now I see why Nigeria is fast developing like China, Singapore etc.

Lets be serious as a country please, It annoys me seeing brilliant young men not given any opportunity simply because they don't know any politician or studied abroad. At least 80% of public recruitment slots should be reserved exclusively to the average Nigerians. They are also citizens & deserve a fair chance.

Brother, I am a first class engineering graduate, some 11 years ago.
The truth is gone are those days when you see “dull” rich men kids. The reality is, even those with connect are now very very good.
I work in a multinational where I coach a lot of graduates. Brother, I get maximum results from those rich kids who did private universities (Nile University etc).
The rich are now wiser, they don’t joke with exposure. I was recently at NSIA where I had a session with their young recruits, mostly rich men kids, brain, world-class & top-notch.
A good working place is a leveler. Lesson is, we just have to do much for our children to catch up.
