What a lame excuse! So it is now that they want to start following International Best Practises. That means they have been following the Old local crooked practises, yet the Ministry of finance and CBN were receiving salaries for substandard works in the past... WHAT A COUNTRY!

Quit whining and degrading your country at every turn,it's the players themselves that have basically over flogged rlthis issue and are being unpatriotic.....there is no where in the world bonuses are paid on a pay per game basis......all emollients will be compiled computed and processed believe being paid to the players and officials, this can even take several days after the tournament......it's basically lack of trust in the system and that brings about this friction everytime.....everyone knows bereaucracies the world over are manifestly slow and riddled with so many processes,it's not peculiar to Nigeria.
