Have you tried to compare the strength in depth of Man City squad as at when Haaland joined them to what they have now? Also, have you compared what Arsenal squad used to be like, to what we have now?

You need to consider Arsenal's consistency over the past four seasons, and you will understand it has indeed been a credible process.
True . The only hindrance Arsenal have is Pep.

This is a separate argument altogether, which does not permit you to dismiss the fact that they've got important players on injury list and couple of their players absent due to international duties. Therefore, my argument is that there's bound to be a performance dip, considering these factors.

See their current injury list below and compare with Arsenal's of Mosquera, Dowman and Calafiori.
I still insist, arsenal have had same injury list. Arteta was only able to manage the crisis.

There were times we had the under-listed players all out at the same time. We played Chelsea without Gabriel and Saliba

Saliba
Big Gabriel
G. Jesus
Havertz
Gyokeres
White
Mosquera

Pep should learn how to manage injury crisis. He hasn't had it worse than Arsenal, Arteta was only shrewd with his squad management
