You see yourself? That's how many like you will be taking sides without even knowing what the constitution says. Why must of people like you don't even know your rights as a citizen talk more of what the constitution says baffles me..

They're after his neck because he refused to present budget yet was spending government money and you say they should not impeach him.... Tell me something I don't know.

I'm highly disappointed in people like and you're many so-called youths of Nigeria that are just like you ..... Otondo educated-illiterates.... They go school but school no pass through them common current affairs they don't know

It is the right of legislators to go on recess and is that why he didn't pay their salary since he got back to office 6 months ago but was sending 100k to them instead?

Let's be factual and honest in our analysis of situations and be objective being honest in this case doesn't mean you're now a supporter of Wike or the legislators but the truth must be told Everytime regardless of how it is against you ... That's what integrity means but must Nigerian youths and their leaders lacks integrity. They're mostly liars and hypocrites.

Is the governor above the law?

Why he always avoiding to present Rivers state budget?

I thought he said he is an accountant?

Warmate described the action of the Rivers State House of Assembly as an insult, not only to the President, but also to the institution of governance, including the Senate and the House of Representatives.

“its an insult to the President the action of the State of Assembly, is an insult to the president to the institution to their senior which is the Senate and the House of Representatives.”

He explained that the 2025 budget was prepared by Governor Siminalayi Fubara, vetted by the sole administrator, presented to the President, and subsequently transmitted to the National Assembly.

According to Warmate, the National Assembly passed the budget, and Rivers State now has an appropriation law in place.

“Any attempt to have the governor represent the law locally is misplaced. The law already exists, and whatever the governor spends under it is constitutional,” he stated.
