CAN and Christian organisations should be more vocal, the way muric and co are always defending their people, CAN should defend its people, do your job properly. Take people to court, take other measures like peaceful protests, etc...CAN is not defending it's flock.

We are hoping to see justice, just like Ese Oruro's and Inusa Yellow's case.

It is a simple and clear question: why is the authority quick to act when the female is a muslim from the north but slow and inactive when the female is a christian from the south or north? Can you give a simple and straight forward answer please?

It happened in the north, so there is no case like under age marriage here especially as the north runs a different penal code to the south, where under age(17 years and below) marriage is a punishable offense.

Also, I don't think there was anything like a forceful conversion here as Christians are not likely to do that.

Finally, it's unfortunate that the mother lost her life due to the circumstances. I see this as an abduction and the DSS officer should be investigated and sanctioned if found wanting.

See as everybody has concluded he raped her. Did the girl in question say she was rape.
The only offense I see here is him abducting and keeping an under age without the consent of her parents.
And again, why is it now they rmbr it's under age. What of the numerous 13, 14, and 15yrs girls married out.
Like I said earlier, the man only offense was taking the girl without her parents consent and I doubt that too
