From everything she's saying, it seems there's someone working in the hospital feeding them with inside information which may or may not be correct.

The child's death could be due to negligence on the part of the hospital, he could also still have died if it was in the US. Only an autopsy can save that anaesthesiologist now.

all these kwe kwe new hospitals in Lekki. she went to the wrong hospitals.
there are top class hospitals there like duchess and reddington.

even those ones have kwekwe doctors. nigerian young doctors are just too careless.

It's unfortunate but we all learn.People must do proper check ups in their places of residence before planning their visits to Nigeria.Our bodies often give us different signals before any fatality occurs.Also,take along with you,lots of over-the-counter medicines,for preventative purposes.This could reduce the high fever,cold,headache etc in times of emergency.Also watch what you eat,the human body is an enigma.It's easy to apportion blames on the healthcare workers but everything stops at us to make proper decisions.Sorry for your loss, madam.

Lastly, and this is very important.Nigeria has one of the lowest life expectancy in the world,54 years, which in essence means that our healthcare system is in shambles,so be mindful of that when you visit here.

When some of us complain about the declining standards in our hospitals, some people (especially med doctors) think we're just JOHESU members trying to antagonize hospital leaders who are mostly doctors. In all honesty, things are going really bad in our hospitals! Quality is becoming increasingly compromised in our hospitals and if urgent steps are not taken to reverse this trend, things would get really worse

I don't see how getting 55/100 in anatomy should be allowed as pass mark for someone that must know every single aspect of the human body flawlessly or something could go terrible wrong

That's how one doctor suture the rectal passage and the vagina plus the urethra and everything thats close to that area together after fibroid removal......it was a very messy post surgery issue...and they still had the wicked guts to tell the poor woman to pay for corrective surgery.

Yeah, I come in contact with many of them on a daily basis. One has to always be very careful of them, even the very friendly ones. Because as soon as things go sideways, you'd be amazed at how fast they turn against you.
