Take it or leave it, this is the best Super Eagles team we have had in a long time. Forget the fact that they did not qualify for the World Cup; what Eric Chelle has done for this team is unbelievable. They are fact track bullies and can beat any team in the world right now. They are playing in Beast Mode and the team is too strong, experienced, confident and very tough to beat! No team in this AFCON will pray to meet them. Fly Super Eagle, Flyyyyy!!!!
Don't get ahead of yourself.

The competition is still on and no one knows what's ahead

But yes, they are looking very good and capable to lift it

u didn't watch super eagles in the 90s. Forget
The guy was clear, he said during his life time which started 1995. So during the 90s he was too small to understand what was going on even if he watched them.

Nigeria laying down a marker.

The flow and coordination are out of this world.

Our players are having 360 degrees view of the pitch.

It feels so surreal

Osimhen will always be an asset to any team not just the goals but the fear he instill on defenses, you can't drift too forward if some one like osimhen is on your neck.

I swear e no go better for finidi George and NFF see as iwobi, ajayi, bassey everybody just good on this gengen pressing. How this team no go attend world cup?
Gooal for super Eagles
Sometimes you guys like saying rubbish. Was it Finidi that started the qualifiers. You left Peseiro who drew our first two matches and start blaming Finidi. Even when Eric Chelle took over, we still have much opportunity to qualify but we still bungle it

We started playing this well the moment Eric Chelle was appointed manager.

We practically missed out of qualification for the World Cup when Finidi George and Austin Eguavoen were managers in the earlier games. They were both clueless and also invited players on the basis of favouritism.

Such a pity!

Well said. It's quite normal in a game like this because the opponent is not in the game to sell peanuts.

They need to put strong counter from the midfield.
