Kalulu44:Are you talking about the same halland that was insulting Arteta on camera? You think bad behavior only involves throwing tantrums? Passion in football is something in case you don't know, and it comes with emotions. Should I remind you of C. Ronaldo? That's hunger and passion to succeed on two feet. He shouts, cries, and shows his anger on the pitch and see how far he has gone with success. Everyone knows how passionate Osimhen is on the pitch, that fire must be protected at all cost. He may not be the best in the world, but currently he is our best. |

dequir:Sure but my point is, the Nigerian team shouldn't underestimate them and play like they are looking for the first goal even after 3 goals. That is if the can score 3. |

Nigeria asserted themselves as the better team overall. They dominated possession and created the clearer chances throughout the match, particularly in midfield where Alex Iwobi and Frank Onyeka helped control tempo. The breakthrough came early in the second half when Victor Osimhen scored with a powerful header, tipping the momentum fully in Nigeria’s favor Akor Adams then doubled the lead with a composed finish, giving Nigeria breathing room and confidence to manage the rest of the game. Nigeria’s defense stayed organized, limiting Algeria’s attacking threat and earning a deserved clean sheet. Takeaway: Nigeria’s tactical discipline, attacking flair, and squad depth were decisive in a high-stakes knockout match. Nigeria’s 2-0 victory was a statement performance: tactically disciplined, potent in attack, and defensively sound. Algeria, while respected as a strong side, could not match Nigeria’s intensity or effectiveness, especially after falling behind. Nigeria now take confidence into the AFCON semi-finals with momentum and belief in their title credentials |

Wordson:Super Eagles will lift the trophy! With or without Osimhen, there is that burning desire and winning spirit in the team. Most of those players now form ‘millionaire’ or big boy on the pitch. I don’t know how the manager managed to control it, or is it social media attacks on the players. Whichever, it is working! |

No team at this AFCON can beat Algeria 2-0, have a goal disallowed and dominate them. I dont understand how the Super Eagles have become so good all of a sudden. This sort of performances would surely make FIFA consider our case. |

tesseract:Halaand shouted at the opponent coach not his team mates or coach. People like Ronaldo are rare, he didn't do all his rubbish when he was younger and starting to hit fame, he started doing it when he has achieved everything and gotten to the very height of his game. Osimhen is not there yet and not even close. . And if you read my commentary about the whole situation, you will notice I still say he's an asset to us, but that attitude from the last match and subsequent ones is uncalled for and let's not use bcus he's scoring to mask the wrong. And the insults his so call fans are pouring on the people who is against him is also uncalled for |
