Nkem Owoh started in the movie industry as a writer before becoming famous as an actor.
He wrote scripts for:
👉 The New Masquerade (mid 1970s) – a classic TV show.
👉Basi and Company (1986) – Another TV show, he contributed writing to (created by Ken Saro-Wiwa).
👉Ikuku (1995) – He wrote and produced this film, and introduced his famous character, Osuofia.
👉Taboo – He wrote Taboo and also appeared in it.
