God is everywhere. Those who have zeroed their mind that their prayers cannot be answered until they get Shiloh will not receive answers until they get there. Move closer to God. He is with us. Emmanuel means God with us. The grace given to us under the new testament is far greater than what you are saying. Tell me a special place where the apostles have to pray before their prayers could be answered
