True. It's not recommend for everyone. I don't use it either,it can be used sparingly by people prone to anxiety and HBP. I'm not a doctor though cry

A woman, dressed in a traditional masquerade costume, reportedly collapsed and died while entertaining traditional residents at a public gathering in the Wellington Community area of Freetown, Sierra Leone.

The incident occurred while the woman was dancing to the sound of a locally beaten drum as part of a community entertainment event. It was reported that the masquerade performer suddenly collapsed in the middle of the performance, bringing the gathering to an abrupt halt.

Residents at the scene immediately attempted to assist her, but she was later confirmed dead.
